Mama 360

What do we need as moms?

The answer we came to was Mama 360°.

A workshop for all angles of Motherhood.

We see you Mama, we see the struggle, we see the breakdowns and we see you trying your best because we are going through the same experience and we want you to know, we got your back!"

When we think of self-care, we often envision bubble baths and pedicures, but when you are a new mom or you have a new baby those pleasures can feel like tasks. We fail to find the time to wedge those luxuries into our day-to-day and can end up feeling guilty, frustrated and empty.

Radical self-care is more about feeling justified in the belief that your needs are important and that you are worthy of your own love and attention.

We make the rules about who we are and how we deserve to be treated. The reality we see play out in our daily experiences are a direct reflection of the energy which we manifest on the inside.

When we do not allow ourselves to set the boundaries for how we are to be treated, whether by ourself or others, we take away our freedom to advance towards personal healing.

What radical self-care suggests is to be unapologetic about servicing your needs before others. With a new baby, this sounds counterintuitive and most certainly there are times when we must put them in front of ourself.

Life is about balance and your baby along with other members or your family will need you at times and the ability to put them first can definitely fill us with happiness. That is the beauty of being a MOTHER!!

We must operate from a core belief system, however, that instills the acceptance of our own wellness requirements
